Confidential Proposal

Prepared for Tiffany & the Soul Seated Team

Your through line,
made visible.

August–September 2026 Liminal

01 — Introduction

Dear Tiffany, Jonathan, and the Soul Seated Team,

Thank you for the conversation, and for the trust behind it. What struck us most is that Soul Seated is not missing material. You have a foundational philosophy, a theory of change, a brand expression doctrine, proposed copy for every page, and a photo and video library from the sanctuaries. The pieces are all there.

What is missing is the assembly. Jonathan named it precisely: you need a through line, and it cannot be rebuilt every time someone asks what Soul Seated is. That through line shapes your language internally and your credibility externally, and it is the hardest thing to write when you are the one living inside it.

That is where we come in. Soul Seated is the main house. It has to carry weight with academic partners, institutional funders, practitioners, and advisors, all while holding the character of the work rather than flattening it into another nonprofit program page. Our job is to stay close enough to hear you and far enough to write the label from outside the jar.

What follows is a focused eight-week plan to have Soul Seated live before your end-of-September launch.

Warmly,
The Liminal Team

02 — The Opportunity

The Opportunity

You are in active conversations with partners while the parent site does not yet exist. Three aims for this engagement.

01

Assemble the through line

Turn the philosophy and theory of change into one message set your team can use everywhere, in language a newcomer understands.

02

Give the worldview a visual language

A cohesive look that connects to Soul Seated Journey without being bound by it. Stillness without passivity. Vitality without noise.

03

Launch before you need it

A six to eight page site live by September 30, built to keep evolving after launch rather than sit finished.

03 — What We'll Do Together

What We'll Do Together

Outside-In Review and Listening

  • We read everything you have built, from the foundational philosophy and theory of change to the brand guideline, the expression doctrine, and your proposed page copy.
  • We listen to Tiffany, Jonathan, and Ali, along with a small set of advisors and partners who see the work from outside.
  • Then we reflect back what an outsider actually hears, so you can say "that's it" rather than start over.

Brand Messaging for the Parent Brand

  • We define the core message set for Soul Seated, from why you exist to the words that carry it.
  • We sharpen how you sit apart from a wellness field centered on the individual, and give the contribution beyond the self its own plain language.
  • We build it around our Four Spaces of Engagement so every audience gets the right amount of story at the right moment.

Visual Language Direction

  • We let the message drive the mood, then extend your brand guideline into a visual system that holds handcrafted warmth alongside youthful energy.
  • We define how Soul Seated and Soul Seated Journey read as one family, so a visitor moving between them knows where they are.
  • You receive a short direction addendum for your team, not a full identity rebuild.

Website Design and Build

  • We design six to eight pages in Figma, using your storyboard flow and proposed copy as raw material rather than a blank page.
  • We build the site on a flexible page builder your team can edit, and put your sanctuary photography and video to work throughout.
  • Pages include home, why we exist, our model, early evidence, stewardship and team, and work with us.

Launch and Handoff

  • We train your team on editing, then launch by September 30 with room for the site to keep unfolding.
  • You get a short punch list of what to add first once the immersion program is underway.

04 — Four Spaces of Engagement

How Partners Move Closer

Most organizations tell the kitchen table story on the sidewalk, and people disengage because it is too much to hold. This framework maps how much story each moment can carry.

01

Sidewalk

Twelve words. A funder or partner hears what Soul Seated is and decides whether to lean in.

02

Front Porch

A closer look at the worldview, the gap you fill, and why this work is different from wellness as usual.

03

Living Room

The model, the early evidence, and the stories behind the numbers. An honest invitation to participate.

04

Kitchen Table

Advisors, institutional partners, and committed funders who help carry the work forward.

05 — Timeline

Timeline

Eight weeks, starting the first week of August. To hold this pace we would want to begin within a week of your go-ahead.

Week 1from Aug 3
Outside-in review and listening sessions.
Weeks 2–3
Core message set and the Four Spaces of Engagement.
Weeks 3–4
Visual language direction and page-level design concepts.
Weeks 4–7
Full page design, build, and content load.
Week 8
Review, team training, and launch by September 30.

06 — Investment

Investment

A fixed fee for the full engagement. The work you have already done lowers this number, because we are synthesizing rather than starting from zero. We see it as the start of a partnership we hope grows from here.

$42,000

Eight weeks August through September 2026

Paid in three installments: $16,000 at signing, $16,000 at design approval, $10,000 at launch.

Included

  • Outside-in review and listening sessions.
  • Core message set with the Four Spaces of Engagement.
  • Visual language direction and brand guideline addendum.
  • Six to eight page website on a flexible page builder.
  • Team training and launch by September 30.

07 — What Could Come Next

What Could Come Next

A few things came up that sit outside this scope. We would price them once the parent site is live and you know what you need.

08 — Let's Begin

Live by September 30.

You have spent years unearthing this. Let us write the label so the people you need can see what is inside. We would be glad to get started.
