Home Again Pine Bluff

Organizational Clarity Initiative

A proposal from Liminal · July 2026

Dear Nate and the Home Again Team,

We're glad to keep this conversation going and to help you bring clarity to Home Again as you step into this next chapter and head toward your biggest fundraising season of the year.

You're building something rare in Pine Bluff. Homes that sat empty are restored and sold to families at half their market value, turning renters into owners and opening a path to generational wealth in a city where most people have never owned a home. That is a different story than the one Pine Bluff is usually told about itself, and it deserves to be told clearly.

This is the moment to sharpen that story and give supporters simple ways to invest before Giving Tuesday and year-end. What follows is a focused plan to get there by October 1.

Warmly,
The Liminal Team

The Opportunity

You're aiming for greater clarity before your year-end push, with a refreshed website live by October 1 and a goal of raising $250,000 by December 31.

What We'll Do Together

Listening and Mission Model Canvas

We begin by listening to your staff and board, along with the partners who know your work. Then we map Home Again on a single page that captures who you serve and how the work gets funded. This becomes the foundation for everything that follows.

Brand Messaging

We define your core message set, from why you exist to the words that carry it. We'll build it around our Four Spaces of Engagement, a framework that fits Home Again's story well. It maps how supporters move from the Sidewalk to the Front Porch to the Living Room to the Kitchen Table, each space with an honest invitation to give and get involved.

Visual Identity Refresh

We refresh your look and deliver a short brand guide so everything stays consistent. We'll also shape how Home Again, your warm and human parent brand, connects to the Freedom Center as a movement and hub sub-brand, giving both room to grow into the larger dreams you're imagining.

Website Refresh

We rebuild your site as a focused 6 to 8 page experience that reflects the new brand and makes it easy to give. This includes an updated Ways to Give page and a fresh Donorbox account set up under Home Again, with one-time and recurring giving and donor advised fund options.

Year-End Communications Plan

We hand you a plan and starter content for the season across social, direct mail, and your newsletter, timed for Giving Tuesday and December 31.

Investment

$4,000/month

Six months · August 2026 through January 2027

$24,000 for the full initiative

To fit your budget and cash flow, we recommend a monthly retainer. This is a foundational rate. The early months carry the heavier build, and the later months shift to communications support through your year-end campaign and into January. We see it as a strong start to a partnership we hope grows from here.
